TADALAFIL (Cialis) is used for treating erectile dysfunction (impotence in men). Comparing to Viagra and Levitra, Cialis effect lasts much longer - up to 48 hours. Besides, Cialis has fewer side effects.
How to use
Cialis should be taken as directed by your doctor. Cialis comes in different doses (10 mg, and 20 mg). Cialis should be taken no more than once a day at 30 minutes before sexual activity, as directed by your doctor. Effects Cialis can last for up to 48 hours after taking. Your doctor will prescribe the dose that is right for you. Also consult your doctor before eating grapefruit or grapefruit juice when using Cialis.
Missed Dose
If you missed a dose and still intend to have sex, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Only if this is not a time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose at one time.
Precautions
Cialis can cause blood pressure to an unsafe level, if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems, including. A sudden drop in your blood pressure could cause you to faint, dizzy, or have a heart attack or stroke. Cialis contains some lactose and should not be taken by patients who are lactose intolerant. Side Effects
The most common side effects with generic Cialis are headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects usually go away after a few hours. Patients who get back pain and muscle aches usually get it 12 to 24 hours after taking Cialis. Back pain and muscle aches usually go away by themselves within 48 hours. Tell your doctor, if you get a side effect that bothers you.
Storage
Store Cialis at room temperature away from moisture, heat and light between 59 and 86°F (15 and 30°C).

Sexual stimulation is required for Cialis effect. Without sexual stimulation you can't get erection just by taking Cialis.
