Apcalis® Oral Jelly (Tadalafil jelly) is used to treat erection problems in men. It is a great alternative for brand and generic Cialis.
How to use
Tadalafil jelly can be taken anytime as needed, no more than once per day. The dose is usually 20 to 30 minutes before sexual activity.
Missed Dose
The medicine is taken when needed. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. Do not take 2 doses simultaneously.
Precautions
Before taking Tadalafil Jelly, be sure to ask your healthcare provider if your heart is healthy enough.
If you take drugs that contain nitrates such as nitroglycerine, never take Tadalafil Jelly. The combination of nitrates and tadalafil jelly can suddenly raise your blood pressure to dangerous levels. In you may happen fainted, heart attack or stroke. Many prescription drugs found nitrates, which are used to treat angina (chest pain due to heart disease).
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure that your medications contain nitrates.
Side Effects
Less serious side effects may be such as: stuffy nose, back pain, headache, upset stomach, redness in your face, neck, or chest.
More serious side effects may be such as: ringing in your ears, or sudden hearing loss, shortness of breath, swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet, penis erection that is painful or lasts 4 hours or longer, irregular heartbeat, vision changes, chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling, feeling light-headed, fainting, sudden vision loss.

Storage
Tadalafil jelly should be stored at room temperature, 15-30 °C (59-86 °F). Keep out of the reach of children.
More Information
